worked as a Software Developer before moving into IT recruitment in 1999, I
have a proven track record of supporting the career advancement of senior
technology executives. I have become an exclusive recruitment partner for

I have previously
led the IT executive/leadership specialism for Hays, Michael Page and smaller boutique Search firms. Given the extensive network and track record of success I have built over the last 20+ years, I decided to establish ProActive Search in June 2020.
